Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases on ZRMarkt between [company name] and the customer.

2. Contract and delivery

A contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Digital products are delivered by email right after payment.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Payments are handled by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.

4. Use of products

Keys are for personal use and may not be resold or shared.

5. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

Privacy policy

What we store

For customer accounts we store your name, email address, a hashed password and the date you signed up. We do not store payment details; payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any time by emailing zrmarkt@gmail.com.

Refund policy

For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent with the checkbox at checkout.
